Receive Electronic Invoices

Receive electronic invoices without an accounting system. We provide a simple solution that allows your suppliers to send electronic invoices directly to your business without requiring you to purchase or change your accounting software.
Express Processing
Express processing is available by prior agreement if the invoice is urgent.
Surcharge: DKK 40 per invoice in addition to the standard price.
Optional Surcharges
Applied only in special cases and always by prior agreement:
- Additional invoice lines (more than 10, up to a maximum of 50): DKK 0.40 per line
- Incomplete invoice (requires manual processing): DKK 40 per invoice
- Special handling (manual modification of the PDF file): DKK 40 per invoice
- Separating multiple invoices contained in the same file: DKK 2 per invoice
- Additional invoice content validation: DKK 2 per invoice
- Invoice tracking: DKK 2 per invoice
Administration and Billing
Our invoicing fee covers the time spent on administration, reconciliation, customer support and documentation.
Administration / invoicing fee: DKK 30 (per invoice issued to you)
Payment reminder (VAT exempt): DKK 100 (per reminder)
