What to do.
You submit your invoice to our system through our mailing addresses.
When you receive the auto reply that the email has been received, you know that your invoice has been received and is being processed. Your order will be handled according to the applicable processing times.
Once a week, you’ll receive a status report where you can see if your submitted invoices have been delivered.
Should there be any missing information or errors on your invoice, we will try to obtain the correct information as far as possible. If this is not possible, we will contact you and inform you about the status.

Prices and processing times.

All prices are in Danish kroner and exclusive VAT.
Invoicing is done on a monthly basis with a minimum consumption.
If there haven’t been any transactions for a month or more, minimum consumption will not be billed.
Our invoice is paid through bank transfer.
Right of withdrawal.
Since you do not enter into an agreement or contract with us, you are not bound by a waiting period.
