We send electronic invoices via the <strong>Peppol network<\/strong> in the correct format (e.g. OIOUBL).<br \/>\nIf the recipient can receive e-invoices, we can send it.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"margin: 14px 0 6px; font-size: 18px;\">Is a PDF invoice the same as an electronic invoice?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin: 0 0 14px;\">No. A PDF is <strong>not<\/strong> an electronic invoice.<br \/>\nAn electronic invoice is sent in a structured format via Peppol and is automatically received in the recipient\u2019s system.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"margin: 14px 0 6px; font-size: 18px;\">Do I need to know which format the recipient requires?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin: 0 0 14px;\">No. We take care of that for you. We verify the recipient and send the invoice in the correct format.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"margin: 14px 0 6px; font-size: 18px;\">Can you send to both public and private recipients?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin: 0 0 8px;\">Yes. We send invoices to, among others:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin: 0 0 18px; padding-left: 18px;\">\n<li>Municipalities and regions<\/li>\n<li>Public authorities and institutions<\/li>\n<li>Private companies<\/li>\n<li>Danish and foreign recipients (where possible)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr style=\"margin: 22px 0; opacity: .25;\" \/>\n<p><!-- Submission and status --><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"margin: 0 0 10px; font-size: 22px;\">Submission and status<\/h2>\n<h3 style=\"margin: 14px 0 6px; font-size: 18px;\">How do I send my invoice to you?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin: 0 0 14px;\">You send the invoice as <strong>PDF, Word, or Excel<\/strong> to the email address that matches your solution<br \/>\n(e.g. <strong>standard@fakturadanmark.dk<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"margin: 14px 0 6px; font-size: 18px;\">Will I receive confirmation that the invoice has been sent?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin: 0 0 14px;\">Yes. You will receive a <strong>status report<\/strong> showing whether the invoice has been processed and sent correctly.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"margin: 14px 0 6px; font-size: 18px;\">What is the status report used for?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin: 0 0 14px;\">The status report is your documentation that the invoice has been processed.<br \/>\nIt also shows if there are errors or missing information, or if action is required from your side.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"margin: 14px 0 6px; font-size: 18px;\">What if the recipient cannot see the PDF attachment?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin: 0 0 10px;\">Some recipient systems do not support viewing PDF attachments.<br \/>\nThe e-invoice itself may still have been delivered correctly via Peppol.<br \/>\nIf there is any doubt, we are happy to help trace the delivery.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0 0 18px; font-size: 14px; opacity: .85;\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> Faktura Danmark is responsible for delivery to Peppol\/NemHandel,<br \/>\nnot for the recipient\u2019s internal systems.<\/p>\n<hr style=\"margin: 22px 0; opacity: .25;\" \/>\n<p><!-- Payment and changes --><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"margin: 0 0 10px; font-size: 22px;\">Payment and changes<\/h2>\n<h3 style=\"margin: 14px 0 6px; font-size: 18px;\">If payment is missing \u2013 can you send reminders?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin: 0 0 14px;\">No. We do not handle payments.
